DRIVING CHANGE THROUGH THE ART OF CONNECTION

With a collective 15 years of experience in public office, corporate training, and non-profit Board leadership, I’ve witnessed the damage that poor communication skills can inflict on the most well-intentioned people and organizations.

However, it was my own social fumbles that nudged me further into studying the science and art of connecting with others. This practice has completely changed my outlook and the quality of my connections for the better.

Creating and maintaining positive connections is imperative to having a healthy work and personal life. As we navigate a post-COVID world and rapid technological advances, our businesses and relationships are calling for us to make authentic connections to improve our careers and our quality of life.
