IS AYEKOO A LOCAL OR NATIONAL AGENCY?

AYEKOO is a minority woman-owned U.S. based organization. Our founder is American-born, but raised by her Ghanaian father and American mother. Hence the company's roots are both American and West African.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES?

AYEKOO focuses on placing organizations with quality engineers & support staff.

We know from personal experience that the engineering sector is short-handed and there is a huge knowledge transfer gap. The world needs more skilled engineering professionals to help build our electrical systems, roads, buildings, and products. Because of our connection to Ghana, we know the talent that resides there and we are committed to seeking fair wages for our engineers, matching them with organizations that will value their expertise. We also understand the valuable work ethic and pride that is at the heart of everything Ghanaians do!
